Louise Hanlon

I came to designing gardens after a career in nursing followed by a family. A life long interest in gardens and design was formalised with a Diploma in Landscape Design from Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland.

In 2015 the Auckland Botanical Gardens chose my concept design for their Sunken Children’s Garden which has since been installed.

Personally my goal is to create and build gardens that endure over time to be enjoyed by future generations.
